Refund policy
1. General Information
At Kléish, we offer a 30-day return and cancellation policy. The period starts from the day you receive your order. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the return period will be extended to the next business day.
Return and Exchange Process
You can easily return or exchange your items through our return portal. Follow the instructions to complete your return.
2. How to Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Before you can return your order, you must send us an email. After contacting us, you will receive a link to the return portal:
- Fill in your details on our Return Portal.
- You will receive a QR code, which you can use at the nearest parcel shop (GLS or PostNord) to return the package.
- If you prefer to print your own return label, you can choose this option in the return portal.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure that the order number is clearly visible on the package.
Note:
- A return label is provided free of charge for exchanges, but if you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of 10 EUR. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- If you choose not to use the return portal, you will need to purchase your own return label. Please contact us at info@kleish.com for further instructions.

3. Return Processing and Refunds
Once we receive your return package, we will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase. If a return cannot be accepted, we will contact you by email to discuss a solution.
4. "3 for 2 Offer"
- Add 3 products to your cart, and we will automatically apply a discount for the cheapest item. If you add 4 items, the discount will apply to the 3 cheapest items.
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with the 3 for 2 offer.
- If you return the free item, no refund will be issued for this product.
- If you return any of the paid items, the refund will be adjusted by the value of the free item at the time of purchase.
- If you return one of the paid items (e.g., Item A or B), your refund will be adjusted by the value of the free item at the time of purchase. For example, if you return Item A (€30), the refund will be reduced by the value of the free item (€15). Item A: €30 - €15 = €15 refund.
5. Return Responsibility
When returning or exchanging an item, it is your responsibility to ensure the item is securely packed and returned in the same condition as when you received it. Be sure to obtain a receipt when handing in the package at the parcel shop.
Note:
You are only liable for any depreciation of the item's value if the item has been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and properties. You are welcome to try the item on as if you were in a physical store. If the item is used beyond what is necessary, it will be considered used, and only a partial or no refund may be issued depending on the condition of the product.
6. COMPLAINTS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Customers have a 2-year right to make a complaint in accordance with Danish consumer law. If you discover a fault with a product, you should contact us promptly and within a reasonable period. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund.

At Kléish, we are committed to the lasting value of our creations. We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our jewelry. This warranty reflects the superior craftsmanship and quality materials that go into each piece. Should your jewelry tarnish, fade, or accidentally break, simply send us a photo of the damaged item along with your order number. There's no need to provide an explanation, just the photo and order number will suffice.
Please note: This warranty applies only to jewelry and does not cover watches.
We have a Fair Use Policy to ensure fairness to all our customers. We ask that you handle your jewelry with care and follow our care guidelines, as this helps to ensure your piece continues to stand the test of time. Our warranty covers defects or issues caused by manufacturing, but it does not apply to damages resulting from misuse or neglect.
At Kléish, we stand behind the quality of our products because we believe that true luxury is an investment in craftsmanship that lasts a lifetime.
How to File a Complaint:
- Send an email to info@kleish.com.
- Write "Complaint" and include your order number in the subject line.
- Describe the fault or defect with the product and attach pictures or videos as evidence.
Once we receive your email, we will evaluate the situation and provide a solution. Each case is handled individually.
