At Kléish, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please read the following details regarding our shipping policies:

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping times are estimated based on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days (depending on destination)

International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, delivery address, and selected shipping method. You will be able to view the total shipping cost before confirming your purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all EU countries. Please note that some locations may be subject to additional shipping fees or longer delivery times.

Customs and Duties (International Orders) For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may be applicable upon arrival. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Kléish is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged for reshipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@kleish.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged once the package is marked as delivered.

Order Modifications Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or shipping address. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.

Pre-Order Products Pre-order items are not in stock at our warehouse and will be shipped once available.
Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimated on the product page but may change due to factors outside our control.
Delivery Date Updates: We will update estimated delivery dates on the product page. It’s your responsibility to check for updates.
Full Order Shipping: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all products will be shipped together once everything is available. For faster delivery, place separate orders.
Restock / Delivery Times: Restock and delivery estimates are approximations and may change.
